Item Availability

Items featured on our website are In Stock and Ready to Ship. 

In some cases, items may be temporarily out-of-stock or are not available for shipment until a specific date. For more information, please read the details below.

In-Stock Items

For In-Stock items, the order process begins as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your In-Stock item will ship once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.

For example, if you order an In-Stock Monday morning, your item could ship the same day. If the order is received in the afternoon, it will typically ship within 1 business day. 

After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping carrier of your choice and your shipping destination. 

Out of Stock items

If your shopping cart contains an item that is not In-Stock, you will receive an email advising that some of the products you have selected are out of stock, or quantities may be limited. You can opt to lower the total quantity ordered to ship immediately or select a Ship Later option. 

Shipping Methods and Costs

Natura Petz offers a standard $5.95 shipping rate. If you exceed the  amount of items permitted by the standard rate, you will be asked to select an alternate shipping option.    

Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

You will receive your order from Natura LLC and your credit card statement may reference Pet Supplements, Pet Herbals, etc. 

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Tracking Your Order

How can I track your order?

It may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide tracking information about your order for up to 48 hours or more.

Natura Petz will update your order status and will also post the tracking code in your account options, if you set up a personal account and use your log in to complete your order. 

You will also receive the tracking code and internet link by e-mail.

Locating Your Order Status

The status of your order is easy to find.

Check your e-mail. You were required to enter an e-mail address during registration; you will receive e-mails at your address keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order. 

Visit the website. Sign In for Your Order History at www.naturapetz.com 24 hours a day. If you have created a www.naturapetz.com account, you may view information about your most recent orders (including tracking information) as well as past orders.

How is order status different from tracking information?

The status of your order is supplied by www.naturapetz.com, and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. 

Once your order ships, it is handled by a carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered. 

*The tracking information is accessible from Your Order History on our website when it becomes available.

There are 4 kind of order status:

  • Pending: Your order has been received but the payment is not confirmed yet. 
  • Confirmed: The payment has been confirmed and the shipping process has begun.  
  • Shipped: Your order has been delivered to the carrier (USPS). From this point we will be provide the carrier tracking number once it is available. 
  • Not processed: Your order has been received by the system but the payment was not processed. You have not bee charged for the order. 

* Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse. 

* Products ship from MN.
